Praslin is, in my opinion, the best island within the Seychelles on which to make your ‘base’ if you prefer not to island-hop.  There is easy access to some of the smaller Seychellois islands – La Digue, Cousin, Cousine and others.  Praslin in its own right has lots to offer including the well known Vallee de Mai, a World Heritage site.
