Vila Sol Spa & Golf Resort, a member of the Leading Hotels of the World, is set within 300 acres which include a fine and challenging 27 hole golf course designed by Donald Steel. All the 189 rooms and suites at Vila Sol are spacious and well appointed with private fully furnished balconies or terraces according to their location.

Two heated outdoor swimming pools, adult and children, are available year round along with tennis, and bicycle rental. There is an onsite Golf Academy with a driving range, and within a short drive there is also deep sea fishing, horse riding and another 6 golf courses making this a great destination for golfing holidays in the Algarve. You can also find an indoor swimming pool and fitness facilities including sauna and Turkish bath.

There are 5 restaurants to choose from, including the Green Pines restaurant which serves international cuisine, and L'Olive fine dining restaurant serving seasonal Mediterranean cuisine. After dinner why not end the evening in the Palmeraie Piano Bar.

The Vila Sol Spa offers programmes for weekends or longer together with à la carte tailor made packages. All the treatments at Vila Sol Spa have been developed to appeal to the senses. The 1400 sq m Spa, encompasses a total of 22 treatment rooms, an aquamedic pool, an authentic Hammam and a fitness centre. They have developed their own private label of body products based on natural ingredients indigenous to the Algarve such as olive and almond oils.
