The spa and wellness centre at the Grotta Giusti offers massages, hydrotherapy, phyto-fango therapy, body peels, mud treatments, beauty treatments and many more treatments. A 40 minute mud treatment with thermal bath costs 40 Euros. A 50 minute anti-stress massage costs 70 Euros.

The Grotta Giusti Resort Golf & Spa is a nineteenth century villa once owned by the poet Giuseppe Giusti, now owned and operated by the STB group of the Fonteverde and Bagni di Pisa hotels, and is a member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
Set in lovely gardens about 55 kilometres from Pisa, this 64 room and suite hotel is elegantly furnished in a classic style. The rooms are light and airy, and the Superior and Deluxe rooms also have thermal water on tap!
The thermal waters feed the huge outdoor pool, and the brand new pool with various hydro massages; they are at a constant 35 degrees, with water rich in calcium, bicarbonate, sulphur and magnesium. The big pool has four mini pools with underwater hydromassage and a waterfall. Tennis and a gymnasium are also available whilst there is an 18 hole golf course just 5 minutes away.
The Grotta Giusti’s piece de resistance is its own thermal cave and just restyled in its interior lightening and exterior relaxation area; this is a natural cave with a thermal water underground lake in which guests can take a detoxifying steam bath. The air temperature of the cave is a pretty constant 31 – 34 degrees with 100% humidity. There is no admittance to children below 12.
The Wellness Centre and Spa at Grotta Giusti offer a wide range of healing, relaxing, beautifying and medical treatments. A range of spa packages are also available. Recently added were a series of programmes named “Longevity” for a successful ageing.
