Opened on 04th April 2007, Banyan Tree Desert Spa and Resort Al Areen is designed to incorporate the essence of Arabia, the resort features 78-luxuriously appointed villas. There are 56 one-bedroom Desert Pool Villas, each measuring 400 sqm (4305 sq ft) and 22 two-bedroom Royal Pool Villas spanning 740 sqm (7965 sq ft). The property is exclusively designed by Architrave Design and Planning, the architectural arm of the Banyan Tree Group
